Q1. Do you custom create a new painting as per client's request for different budgets?

A1. YES! I put together an art plan including originals, limited editions, and prints on demand, to compliment any design and to suit any budget. 

 

Q2. Do you do meetings in person or on zoom to discuss your client's need? 

A2. YES ABSOLUTELY! I run a design studio and we have a beautiful conference room set up for client's visit and discuss their needs. I also do zoom calls and meetings for clients that are not able to physically visit me at the studio. 

 

 Q3. Do you offer prints of your artwork in various sizes?

A3. YES, I do offer prints of my artwork, on high quality art paper, premium canvas.   

 

Q4. How long does an original painting take to complete?

A4. The answer to this question is, it varies as per size, theme, style of painting, materials used and the current schedule and orders at the studio. Please reach out to me and we can set up an appointment to talk about it. 

 

Q5. How long do prints take to complete?

A5. All prints are print-to-order or custom printed as the order comes in. The timeline depends on current schedule and orders at the studio's press. But it can be anywhere between 7-10 business days plus the general ground shipping time within the USA, if shipping overseas please consider 15 days in transit. You can always reach out to me if you have any special requests, I will try my best to fulfill it.

 

Q6. Where do I place an order to commission a painting?

A6. Please reach out to me directly via: pamsinghstudio@gmail.com or call 323-365-1726. If you are not able to find me over the phone please leave a message with my customer service manager or a voice message and I will return your call as soon as possible. Kindly allow 24 - 48 hours for the same.

 

Q7. What are the payment terms to commission a painting?

A7. The prices varies for different sizes, but are in the range of $3.50 and upwards.

 

Q8. What are the payment terms to commission a painting?

A8. All commissioned painting must pay 50% advance to confirm the order and 50% prior to pick up or shipping. I will send updates twice a week on the progress of the painting so, you can see how your painting is coming along.

 

Q9. What are the payment terms to commission a painting?

A9. After the 50% deposit is received, the client is added to the commission wait list. Pam works on commissions in the order they are received. Currently, the commission turnaround time is 3 months.
 

Q10. What if I do not like the painting during the progress updates I receive?

A10. All along the way I will share pictures, ideas and progress of the painting every two days so that we can give it a direction you like. Once a commission painting is started I have already invested into the art materials and my hours and creative thought process towards that particular painting, so with all honesty and sincerity I will keep 35% of the total painting cost and will ONLY refund 15% of the total painting cost.

 

Q11. What if I do not like the way the painting turns out once it is completely done?

A11. Again, all along the way I will share pictures, ideas and progress of the painting twice a week so that we can give it a direction you like. If you still don't like it after completion, I will try to make adjustments and tweaks to the painting depending on what materials I have used or analyze to see even if that is a possibility. If it can be tweaked, so that you like it better, I will gladly do it. Your 1st hour of revision is free, any further hours of revisions will be charged $250/hr. If you still do not like it, I will be honest to tell, that once a commission painting is started I have already invested into the art materials, my hours and creative thought process towards that particular painting, so with all honesty and sincerity I will have to hold on to the advance and the painting. Once the painting is shipped there is no refund no exchange. Sorry.

 

Q12. Can I take the art/painting class any time?

A12. Yes, all art classes are pre-recorded and self-paced with lifetime access to the content.

 

Q13. What level of experience is required for art classes?

A13. All classes are designed for beginners to experienced painters.

 

Q14. What supplies are needed for the online art/painting class?

A14. A full list of materials is available upon registration. In general, you will need acrylic paint, a surface to work on (canvas or wood), and paintbrushes. You will also need Internet service and a computer or device to watch videos.

 

Q15. Is there a refund policy?

A15. Once you sign up, I am are unable to offer a refund because you have immediate access to the course. Before you register, view my demo painting class here, and check out the art gallery to see my work. Please contact me here if you have any additional questions about the art course prior to making a payment for the art course.

 

Q16. Do you do gift wrapping?

A16. Yes I offer gift wrapping on most sizes, once you check out, please email me your order number and details at pamsinghstudio@gmail.com so my team can process it as a gift.

 

On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. Pam Singh Studio is not responsible for this cost or any delays due to these reasons.

What is the shipping cost?

  • For all Prints and Other Items - Shipping & Handling rates are calculated at checkout (before you pay) based on your address and chosen shipping method.
  • For Original Paintings, Custom Commissions, or Partial.ly payment plans, please send us your shipping address for a shipping quote. Shipping will be charged separately after all payments are completed.
